Join us live every Tuesday at 4 PM CST during Tipsy Tuesday, starting May 13th, 2025. Watch and sew along as Gudrun guides you through each step with expert tips, tricks, and plenty of inspiration. What is a Strip Along?

A Strip Along is a guided quilting event centered around one of Gudrun's original patterns that was written before the Stripology Rulers came to be that uses 2.5" strips. Gudrun then releases an updated pattern that gives us all the details using the Stripology Rulers and brings us along for the ride each Tuesday afternoon on Tipsy Tuesday for 4 weeks. 

What's Next?

This Strip Along is structured to help participants complete their quilts step by step, with Gudrun’s expert guidance throughout the process. Here’s how it works:

1. Purchase the Pattern: Head over to GE Designs’ website to purchase the Strip N' Dip quilt pattern. (We recommend the PDF for instant delivery.)

2.  Take a Look at the Schedule: 

-Tuesday April 29th: Pattern is available to purchase. Gudrun discusses the pattern on Tipsy Tuesday.

-Tuesday May 13th: Part 1 shown on Tipsy Tuesday. 

-Tuesday May 20th: Part 2 shown on Tipsy Tuesday. 

-Tuesday May 27th: Part 3 shown on Tipsy Tuesday. 

-Tuesday June 3rd: Part 4 - Tada moments and Finale. shown on Tipsy Tuesday. 

3.  Gather Your Supplies: Select your fabrics and ensure you have the tools you need. Gudrun often shares fabric suggestions and tips to help you make the most of your design.

4.  Follow Along starting on May 13th: The Strip Along is divided into four sections, with live sessions hosted by Gudrun. She’ll demonstrate cutting, piecing, and assembling the quilt top, sharing helpful tricks along the way.
