The Retreat was Fantastic! The project, demos, instructions, and tips were excellent. The retreat allowed for many interactive small gatherings and question sessions virtually and participants were kind and supportive, keeping the sewing motivation going. There were fun retreat goodies (treats, surprises, and music) that paired expertly with the theme and absolutely no details were left out. It took a lot of planning and care by GE Designs. I highly recommend and am planning to go again. Thank you for creating this lovely retreat!

Who knew you could have a blast and learn new skills without leaving the comfort of your sewing room, Gudrun and Mr. HP guided us through Italy, Germany, and Iceland. The directions on cutting and constructing our quilt blocks were easy to understand. We meet knew people in the Chat Rooms and shared lots of laughs. I’ll be back next year.

I loved that you were strongly encouraged to work at your own speed and that the first group didn't have anyone who sped ahead and said look at me I'm done and you're still on step 2 or whatever. This was my first Virtual Retreat and it was amazing! Gudrun and her team have thought of everything awesome fabrics, videos , snacks, music, group chat rooms, tech support and a few extra bonuses. I was able to connect with other quilters from all over the world from the comfort of my own home. Can not wait for next year's!
